As noted by the other answers, you can get a free credit report online. You will have to provide enough information for them to verify your identity so they can provide the correct report. That information may consist of a number of things, including your Social Security number, name and address.

From , you can get your free credit report ((all Americans are entitled to one free credit report within a 12-month period from each of the three agencies) ), but not credit scores. Credit scores are available as an add-on feature of the report, for a nominal fee. This central site is the official one to request for a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

creditreport.fateback.com – try this site. I use it to monitor my credit and also cleaned off some bad items from my credit report. You can apply for free initial plan and get your scores and reports for free.
